Can’t find the official source you need?

Describe the question in the short form and the CEH team can help identify the relevant document, section or specialist contact.

Does CEH guarantee Astana Hub participation?

No. CEH helps clarify the requirements and prepare for the process. Eligibility and the final decision are governed by Astana Hub’s current rules.

Can CEH compare an LLP and AIFC?

Yes, at a high level and in the context of your objective. The final structure requires separate legal and tax advice.

Must a company already be incorporated?

A legal entity need not already exist for an initial CEH conversation; this does not establish eligibility for Astana Hub participation.

What happens after an enquiry?

CEH clarifies the context and suggests a relevant continuation: an official source, programme, contact or preparation for a procedure.
